Don't go here. Visited on 05/25 (at 4:36PM). The location is nice if you want to grab a drink after spending time at Mile Square Park, but unfortunately the drinks did not live up to expectations compared to other boba places nearby. I took four stars off mainly because the ordering system for sugar level was very unclear. We ordered 50% sugar, but the drinks still came out extremely sweet. When I brought it up to the clerk, she explained that the percentage was based on the sweetness of the boba itself, not the milk tea drink overall. That was confusing and definitely not what we expected when selecting a lower sugar level. I’m not a big fan of 85°C either, but at least if a drink comes out wrong or not to your liking, they usually try to make it right with a replacement. The Alley could do better in this area. Overall, the drinks were expensive and nothing special compared to other options around town. We’ll pass on this place next time.

Drinks were average. I forgot to snap some photos of the drinks. The brown sugar boba crème brûlée milk was disappointing, especially the crème brûlée topping. The orange peach oolong was refreshing with real orange pieces, but it lacked the oolong tea flavor. The place is simply decorated, though I noticed a strange odor in the shop that made the experience less pleasant.

3.5 🌟 My first visit - it was good enough but I'm not sure it was good enough that I'd go back. I'm used to places that have some flexibility with their drink menu (they couldn't make a jasmine green tea with mango). The shop had a bad odor, too (sewage kind of smell). Maybe they were having an off day & I just need to try again, given the other reviews.

Awesome, because it's the only place that's close to us where you can get a yummy matcha purple rice yoghurt.... sumptuous from beginning to end. Service, sweet, courteous and our server was so nice to split up the drink in two cups. Lastly, the place itself is roomy and nicely decorated.

This is my favorite location of The Alley. Situated right across Mile Square Regional Park, their plaza offers ample parking. I ordered a Lychee Green Tea with lychee jelly. I opted for 70% sweet and regular ice. (There is a slight charge if anyone wants less ice or no ice at all.) The store was quite busy when I went after lunch, but I waited for less than 5 minutes until my drink was ready. The lychee flavor was still quite sweet, yet enjoyable. On the other hand, the translucent lychee jelly was really chewy. Perhaps next time, I'll try it with 50% sugar. Lastly, I am super fond of this location's cleanliness, and adequate seating with power outlets.
